CONFERENCE
Print in Balance - supporting people and our planet
Thursday 1st September - Manufacturing Technology Centre, Coventry
Why should you attend?
Ensuring that your organisation is ‘in balance’ when it comes to both sustainability and the well-being of your team is critical to ensure its long-term success – so come and be inspired.
There are many conferences focussing on driving success factors such as innovation, performance, productivity, efficiency, growth, and of course – a major trend for businesses right now – sustainability. However, very few also focus on supporting the people implementing or managing those factors with strengthening their happiness and well-being at work. The most important asset your business has is its people, and if your human talent is thriving then your business will thrive.
This Conference combines all these critical elements and will provide you with the tools and insights needed to affect positive change within your organisation.
Supported by an amazing array of industry technology developers and suppliers, the conference will also feature an Expo and Networking Hub – where delegates can learn about wider sector trends and advances, while building relationships with new business prospects.

The conference will look at two critical topics:
Sustainability
In the near future, ensuring your business is sustainable in all aspects of its operation will no longer be a choice.
New Government legislation, demand from end-users and sweeping cultural changes will ensure that your competitive edge will go hand in hand with your ability to demonstrate a range of sustainable working practices. Print in Balance will help guide you to make sustainable business decisions that not only protect our natural resources, but also make good business sense.
Well-being
The impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on working practices and business culture has resulted in a very significant shift in how team members view their work/life balance. What motivates and drives people in their working environment has also dramatically changed. Print in Balance will provide its delegates with insights into these critical areas and highlight how you can ensure that the well-being of your team is being maximised, increasing their happiness, health and creativity – thus reducing workplace stress and significantly increasing productivity.
