Flex4 has recently launched ‘Connect to Print’, an affordable and scalable website and print MIS solution. The solution allows a print business to ‘connect’ more effectively with its customers and streamline processes.

In today’s digital world, you would expect any successful business to have a mobile-friendly and highly visible website. The aim of a successful website is to inform the customer and generate enquiries. For a print business, one of the aims is to secure orders. Consequently, to get repeat orders from today’s savvy print buyers, quick order processing and efficiency is essential.

If securing orders is the first challenge, the next challenge for a print business is how to manage print production workflows. To ensure this is achieved effectively, integrated software platforms are becoming increasingly vital to run a profitable print operation.

Each print business will be at their own stage of evolution when it comes to their website and print management software platforms. For many, what is needed is an affordable entry-point that can be expanded and upgraded as budgets and business requirements change over time. To help with this, Flex4 has launched this total software concept.

The first step included implementing a compelling OPS website for the client that provides detailed information on the range of products and services available. Thus, generating an increased number of enquiries. Following that, using the upgrade pathways outlined below, the OPS Connect to Print solutions allow a printer to ‘connect’ their software systems to gain maximum process workflow agility.

The OPS Connect to Print platform provides a range of packages. Including OPS Enquiry which delivers a mobile friendly website that attracts new enquiries, as well as OPS Quote, including a quotation system that allows enquiries to be managed more effectively by sending quotations to customers and allows payments to be taken online. Confirmed orders are then stored in the OPS back-office database. And finally, OPS Order, providing the ability for all orders to be added into an orders database where they can be managed effectively using proven OPS back-office functionality.
