RISO has announced the UK and Nordics launch of the VALEZUS T2200 and VALEZUS T1200, two new cut-sheet high-speed inkjet printers for the production print market.
The VALEZUS T2200, which made its worldwide debut at IGAS2022, Tokyo in November, is a twin-engined, full-colour, cut-sheet, high-speed inkjet printer and replaces the previous T2100 released in August 2019.
Equipped with a new, enhanced engine to further deliver high productivity, the T2200 achieves an exceptionally fast duplex printing speed of 330ppm.
Meanwhile, the new single-engined VALEZUS T1200 is a perfect solution for both short and long-run transactional printing. It is a full-colour cut-sheet inkjet printer offering print speeds of 165ppm. Equipped with 4,000 sheet feeder and stacker, the T1200 space-saving production printer achieves one of the very highest productivity figures in its class.
Tatsuo Murakami, managing director at RISO UK, said: “While the production print market is changing and evolving all the time, there is a constant need for flexibility, quick turnaround, and, ultimately, profitability.
“Both of these new devices meet those requirements and present companies with unique opportunities to meet volume demands that cannot be handled by other printing technologies.”
Also news is the fact that both devices utilise a new high-density ink formulation from RISO that further improves the quality of the output, making these devices even more suited for production print specialists.
Both of the new VALEZUS devices will be on show at Hunkeler Innovation Days 2023, to be held in Lucerne, Switzerland from February 27 to March 2.
