Mental Health Awareness Week runs 15th - 21st May 2023. This year, the theme is 'anxiety'.

Anxiety is a normal emotion, and lots of things can cause it. Sometimes anxiety can get too much and become a mental health problem. In fact, it is one of the most common mental health problems we can face.

It can be tough to deal with anxiety, but there are things we can do to help us cope.

Feeling anxious? Our helpline is here for you

Remember, the Printing Charity’s free, confidential employee helpline is here to provide practical and emotional support.

Emotional support is available 24/7/365 and practical support and advice Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.

Find out how other organisations in our sectors are supporting employee mental health, through the helpline and other initiatives.
