JICMAIL certification
To help upskill your team so they become proficient in using JICMAIL data, JICMAIL provide three certificates:
Taking the JICMAIL Bronze certificate means learning about basic JICMAIL research methodology, what the key metrics are and how to use the data to improve client relationships and support the case for mail.
Taking the JICMAIL Silver certificate means accessing JICMAIL Discovery to see the data and using it to answer questions on sector, mail type and audience use of mail.
Both Bronze and Silver certificates are online tutorials on JICMAIL Academy which take you through question and answer modules and provide a certificate once completed.
Gold certification requires the creation and submission of a business case: This should include supporting JICMAIL data, competitor analysis, partner tool use and client recommendations and be submitted to tara@jicmail.org.uk. A checklist and supporting webinar are available to help understand the requirements. The business case is evaluated to ensure the student understands how to use the full capability of JICMAIL data.
