Joanna Woodley – Canon Europe, Information Management Specialist Joanna Woodley is a dedicated Specialist for Information Security at Canon Europe. With a keen focus on cybersecurity, Joanna provides invaluable guidance to customers and partners on mitigating print-related risks. Her passion for leveraging innovative technologies drives her to address complex business challenges head-on. Prior to her role at Canon, Joanna honed her expertise as a Product Specialist in Information Management and eDiscovery for various software vendors.

Rob Shapland – Wavenet, Head of Cyber Innovation Rob is Head of Cyber Innovation at Wavenet. He is an ethical hacker who spends his life breaking into companies worldwide to help them secure their systems against criminal attacks. His specialty is physical intrusion – breaking into company offices by dressing up as a cleaner, a fake employee or even as a Hollywood film producer and then stealing a computer from right under their nose. In his keynote Rob will provide us with insights into the criminal mind and how organisations need to implement cyber security solutions to tackle the growing issue of cyber-crime.
