RISO KAGAKU Corporation will unveil two groundbreaking innovations at Hunkeler Innovationdays 2025, taking place on February 24 - 27, 2025 at the Lucerne Exhibition Centre (Switzerland)
The company’s stand B7, Hall 1 will feature the high-performance VALEZUS inkjet printers integrated with cutting-edge post-processing solutions designed to enhance production efficiency.
The first innovation is ExpeJet, a fully automated printing and inserting system that combines RISO’s advanced Inkjet technology with Pitney Bowes’ new SIRIUS production inserter. The system automates the entire process, delivering an impressive production speed of up to 10,000 folds per hour. For the first time, RISO will present a new model of ExpeJet that integrates the VALEZUS T2200 high-speed inkjet printer, designed for high-volume production environments. This solution streamlines workflows and optimises production efficiency, making it an ideal choice for mailroom and transactional printing applications.
In addition, RISO will introduce a new booklet-making solution, combining the VALEZUS T1200 with the Plockmatic PL450 booklet maker. This compact and powerful solution allows for the production of high-quality booklets with a streamlined, all-in-one system that handles stapling, folding, and spine forming. Capable of processing up to 50 sheets (200 pages), this system is perfect for short-run, quick-turn projects that require frequent content updates. With the addition of corner and dual-edge stapling options, it provides versatile capabilities to handle a range of print jobs with ease.
Both innovations feature a compact footprint of under 10 m2, making them ideal for environments where space optimisation is crucial. Their design ensures easy access to all components, enhancing operational productivity and simplifying maintenance.
