Print.Group, the parent company behind the European print platform Print.com and the web-to-print labels Reclameland, Flyerzone, and Drukland, today announces the acquisition of ISI Publishing Innovators, a specialist in software solutions for print professionals that is based in the Netherlands.
With this acquisition, Print.Group expands its portfolio with various workflow and print management solutions, including brand portals, order portals, white-label shops, and a DAM system.
Print.Group aims to integrate these tools – which support print professionals in areas such as sales, marketing, and brand management – into its B2B platform Print.com, alongside existing integrations with solutions from Prindustry, Marvia, Multipress, JamesPro, and Spicelab.
"This acquisition fits seamlessly into Print.com's platform philosophy. We are a tech company making the world of print accessible to graphic and creative professionals. It’s not just about the personalised products in our ordering environment, but also about digital solutions that save our customers time in their daily work. Alongside our own applications, we continue to invest in partnerships with our suppliers. Ultimately, the needs of our customers determine the tools they choose."
Marco Aarnink, CEO of Print.Group
"The ambition and long-term vision of Print.Group are exactly what ISI needs to expand our international reach and sales power. This collaboration is a great opportunity to further roll out our products and services internationally."
Theo van den Broek, founder of ISI Publishing Innovators
ISI Publishing Innovators to continue operations independently
Theo and his team will continue to operate from Ede, the Netherlands, under their own brand name within Print.Group’s software division: Print.Solutions. The current products and services of ISI Publishing Innovators will remain available to existing customers. ISI Consultancy, a partner company of ISI specialising in production automation, is not part of the acquisition. The collaboration with ISI Consultancy will remain unchanged.
