The IPIA is committed to stimulating new economic activity for the print industry, and that is why it develops a series of events throughout the year to bring together a cross section of printers, print buyers, suppliers, designers, marketing agencies and technology developers – so they can make connections that could lead to new business.

On Thursday 18th June 2026, you will be able to do just that by joining the IPIA for its first physical networking event of the year.

Join us for a delightful experience at the celebrated Marco Pierre White Restaurant at The Cube, Birmingham. Your ticket includes a welcoming glass of bubbly or two, a sumptuous three-course lunch accompanied by a selection of wine, beer, or soft drinks, as well as access to our networking introduction service.

Located within walking distance of Birmingham New Street station, the venue offers breath taking views from the top floor of The Cube across the Birmingham skyline. Immerse yourself in the vibrant city centre atmosphere while enjoying exquisite cuisine.

The IPIA are consummate networkers – we love to nurture connectivity and watch the magic start. We also know that some of the best creative conversations and working relationships are sparked in a relaxed, informal environment – so that is what we create.

Everyone who attends an IPIA networking event is made to feel very welcome – so if you are new to us, rest assured you will be well looked after.

We commence with welcome drinks at 12:00 and are seated for lunch at 13:00 – to maximise everyone’s conversations, we move people from table to table between courses. We conclude the networking lunch at 16:00, leaving guests feeling fulfilled, content, and freshly inspired. Those with extra time to spare are welcome to then continue networking and socialising at Gas Street Social nearby the venue.

Drawing upon his hands-on experience as Managing Director of Abbot Print, he will also offer invaluable insights from the coalface – sharing his vision for the future and the opportunities that lie ahead for the print industry.

Leave us inspired and energised having generated a wide range of new and relevant business contacts. Guests are free to continue the networking and socialising at the Gas Street Social bar nearby.
