Attendees will enjoy a full itinerary of competitive fun and professional connection. The day begins with breakfast rolls and hot drinks before players head out for 18 holes of golf on Birstall’s scenic and challenging course. On-course competitions such as Longest Drive, Nearest the Pin, and the popular Beat the Pro challenge will add a competitive edge and plenty of opportunities for bragging rights.

The IPIA and Print Mastermind are both known for bringing people together and creating meaningful networking opportunities across the print industry. The Golf Day continues that tradition, creating an informal environment where conversations, ideas, and relationships can flourish.

Neil Bather, IPIA Council Member & Golf Day Planning Committee,

"The IPIA Golf Day is a great chance to catch up with familiar faces, meet new people, and enjoy a bit of friendly competition out on the golf course. Finishing it off with a few drinks and some food just makes it even better. It’s always a relaxed, enjoyable day all round."

For 2026, the event has been expanded to welcome even more participants. Alongside full golf packages, attendees can now choose from Pitch & Putt experiences and fun golfing activities, designed for those newer to the sport or simply wanting to get involved without taking on the full course. Networking-only BBQ tickets are also available for those wanting to join the evening celebrations.

After the final putt drops, the day continues with a relaxed outdoor Indian BBQ, with beer, wine and soft drinks included, offering the perfect opportunity to unwind, swap stories from the course and continue networking into the evening.

"We’re delighted to be partnering with the IPIA again to support the Golf Day for a second year. Last year’s event was a fantastic success, and it’s great to welcome members and people from across the industry back to Birstall Golf Club. It’s a brilliant opportunity to network in a relaxed setting, and the course provides the perfect backdrop for the day."

This year also marks a new collaboration between the IPIA and Print Mastermind, bringing together two communities focused on strengthening relationships, encouraging collaboration, and supporting growth across the print sector.

Colin Sinclair McDermott, Founder of The Online Print Coach and Print Mastermind

"We’re incredibly excited to mark the growing partnership between Print Mastermind and the IPIA with a collaborative event like the Golf Day. Bringing people together face-to-face is so important for strengthening relationships across the industry, and this event creates the perfect opportunity to connect with both familiar and new faces in a relaxed and enjoyable environment."

To encourage networking and create a fair ability mix, all golfing groups will be randomly arranged by organisers, ensuring attendees meet new people from across the industry.

Whether you’re swinging for the win, taking on the Pitch & Putt, or simply joining for the networking and BBQ, the IPIA x Print Mastermind Golf Day 2026 promises great golf, great company, and another fantastic day of industry connection.
