The Employment Rights Act 2025 is bringing significant changes to employment law, with reforms being introduced in stages during 2026 and 2027.

These changes may affect several areas of your business, including employment contracts, workplace policies and your responsibilities as an employer.

To help you understand what is changing and when, we have created an Employment Rights Act 2025 Roadmap. It outlines the key implementation dates and the upcoming changes you need to be aware of.

We recommend reviewing the roadmap and considering whether any updates may be needed to your contracts, policies or employment practices.

If you are unsure how these changes may affect your business, or need support reviewing your contracts and policies, our team is here to help. Call us on 0844 892 3932 for advice.
