The Printing Charity’s Rising Star Awards recognise the best young talent in our industry and helps them to reach their career goals.
A Rising Star is someone with great potential and knows exactly what they need to advance in their chosen field. Winners receive funding of up to £1500 towards the training or equipment they have chosen to help them on their journey.
To be named a 2021 Rising Star, you need to:
· Be working in the print industry
· Be aged between 18 – 30
· Know what you need to advance your career
Ready to accelerate your career, or know someone that is?
Fill in this application form and return it to The Printing Charity before 7 March 2021.
With nearly 500 winners since 2003, the awards (previously known as Print Futures Awards) champion young talent and help to create a firm foundation for the sector’s future.
Do you know a Rising Star?
We encourage all applicants to talk to their manager, mentor or HR department about their proposed training to be sure it’s the right fit for their career path.
As the grants are not designed to replace employer training costs, the Printing Charity encourages applicants to think about transferrable skills such as presentation, leadership, management, and persuasion skills.
If you’re a Rising Star, or you know someone who could be, please share this opportunity and support them in considering their personal development today.
