Antalis, a world leader in the distribution of Paper, Packaging and Visual Communication, announces that it has signed a binding agreement to acquire Club Groupe, Digital Printing France and Technical Digital Printing (TDP). Club Groupe is a recognised player in the Visual Communication sector in France. This acquisition is part of Antalis’ strategy to consolidate its leading position in Europe, particularly in the French market following the recent acquisition of Poitoo Adhésifs. The agreement remains subject to the usual conditions precedent.

A strategic acquisition to strengthen our national presence

Founded and managed by Laurent Pigot and Frédéric Dupaix, Club Groupe specialises in the sale of machines and consumables for large-format digital printing. Based in France, the group employs approximately 30 people and generated sales of around €14 million in 2024.

With this new acquisition, Antalis will significantly strengthen its expertise in Visual Communication in France by integrating a portfolio of loyal customers, an experienced sales force and a solid network of technical partners.

Development in support of customer performance

“We are delighted to welcome the Club Groupe, Digital Printing France and TDP teams to the Antalis Group,” said Hervé Poncin, Chief Executive Officer of the Antalis Group. “Their recognised expertise in the sale of printing solutions, combined with their proximity to customers, will fully contribute to strengthening our local presence and enhancing our service offering in France. This transaction is in line with our strategy of targeted growth to serve our customers.

"Joining Antalis represents a major opportunity for our teams, our customers and our partners. By combining our experience in the field with the power of the Antalis network, we will be able to offer even more innovative solutions tailored to the needs of a fast-changing market”.
