Jaidan Patel, a Senior Account Manager at Printvision (UK) Ltd, has been named one of The Printing Charity’s Rising Stars for 2025.

Jaidan, 19, has been recognised for his progression within the large format print industry, working his way through production and machine operation to become a successful account manager covering the south of England. As a result, he has been presented by The Printing Charity with a financial award to invest in personal skills development and training to help develop his career further.

“I’m really thrilled to have been presented with this award; I love working in the print industry and have learned a lot already. This award allows me to develop my knowledge even more. It’s been a great experience and would encourage anyone in the print industry to apply next year. The application and interview processes were challenging but very enjoyable and I’m looking forward to meeting the other winners very soon.”

The Rising Stars awards are presented annually by The Printing Charity, with the intention to celebrate and recognise the achievements of those between 18-30 years old and nurture the next generation of print specialists, which is at the heart of Printvision’s ethos.

Jaidan will join the other 2025 Rising Stars at a special event at the House of Lords in London on Thursday 3rd July and is planning to invest his prize in sales and marketing courses through the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

As a member and supporter of The Printing Charity, Printvision (UK) Ltd continues to nurture the younger members of its team in the hope of entering them for Rising Stars contention in the coming years, alongside supporting other schemes that encourage personal growth and empowerment within the 40 + strong workforce.
