JET Technology group is proud to be showcasing the profit generating potential of two innovative 5 colour digital print engines. This new development in entry level and mid -range digital printing machines brings 5 colour printing for the price of four and delivers more applications and a wider colour gamut for users to take to market.

The additional colour options including white, gold, silver, and pink run inline and will add significant value to CMYK printing.

The Fujifilm Revoria Press SC285 is aimed at customers looking to enter the digital production space and the Fujifilm Revoria Press EC2100 for print customers with higher volume requirements in the mid production arena.  Both machines raise the bar in their respective classes with a host of new innovative features that deliver exceptional print quality and productivity.

“Static digital print has become commoditised,” comments Steve Andrew, Managing Director of Jet Technology Group.  He continues: “Printers are looking at ways that they can add differentiation and add that wow factor. The fifth colour also gives them the opportunity to enter new markets such as packaging and labels, especially with white.

“Our experience tells us that the most volume produced on these devices will be standard four colour print but only a small percentage of work utilising the fifth colour can significantly increase profitability. The additional colours can be swapped out and changed within 5-6 minutes. “

Jet Technology is equipped to be able to showcase this technology with a fifth colour station at their state of the art Innovation Centre in Warrington.

“We’re passionate about demonstrating to our customers not only the technology, but how we can support them in key areas such file preparation and design for fifth colour as well as resources to support marketing activity to drive demand, ” says Steve.
