At PRINTING United 2025 in Orlando, Florida, Kyocera showcased its full portfolio of inkjet technology, building on the industry-leading TASKalfa Pro 15000c.
Celebrating four consecutive years as the No. 1 brand in U.S. cut-sheet production inkjet shipments (according to the IDC Quarterly Hardcopy Peripherals Tracker – 2024 Q4 Final Historical), Kyocera reinforced its position as the clear leader in this fast-evolving category by exhibiting third-party add-ons and upgrades to its flagship device.

At the show, Kyocera featured the complete lineup of its newly announced finishing and workflow accessories, fully integrated with the TASKalfa Pro 15000c platform:
- Plockmatic RCT Unit and Booklet Maker integration enhanced booklet production with precision finishing and seamless high-speed operation.
- IS-9100 Cover Inserter automated customised post-print workflows, improving flexibility and labour efficiency.
- Tecnau Sheet Feeder BV enabled high-volume, roll-fed media handling for maximum productivity and uptime.
- GBC PunchAlfa Plus delivered professional punching for multiple binding formats, expanding application range for high-volume environments.
These enhancements underscored Kyocera’s mission to deliver end-to-end inkjet automation — from input to output — giving print providers a clear path to scaling production while maintaining quality and cost control.
A look ahead: The next evolution of inkjet
At PRINTING United, Kyocera also spotlighted two major platform advancements that defined the next chapter of its production inkjet roadmap:
- TASKalfa Pro 55000C: The highly anticipated TASKalfa Pro 55000C was in its final stages of testing, with the program team fully focused on delivering this next-generation inkjet platform. Featuring advanced drying technology and unmatched media versatility, the TASKalfa Pro 55000C represented a major leap forward in sustainable, high-quality production printing.
Print samples were presented at the exhibition to demonstrate what was coming. Kyocera reported a strong market response to the TASKalfa Pro 55000C and anticipated delivering the best inkjet quality in the industry to customer sites soon. - TASKalfa Pro Tandem: “One was bold. Two are unstoppable.” This new dual-engine configuration was capable of printing up to 292 pages per minute, doubling throughput and delivering benchmark productivity in cut-sheet inkjet. The configuration reinforced Kyocera’s commitment to delivering what customers demanded.
