Ricoh announces new strategic account director for high-speed inkjet solutions

Ricoh UK has today announced Simon Wheeler as the new strategic account director for high-speed inkjet solutions, succeeding Patrick Neininger who is retiring at the end of March 2024

Ricoh UK has today announced Simon Wheeler  as the new strategic account director for high-speed inkjet solutions, succeeding Patrick Neininger who is retiring at the end of March 2024.  

With a career in the professional print industry spanning 25 years, prior to his appointment Simon has held executive-level positions at Hewlett Packard, Canon and Océ. He has experience working across various local and international roles, having gained sales experience in UK, EMEA, Australian and New Zealand markets.  

Simon brings with him to Ricoh an in-depth understanding of inkjet technology and application. He is dedicated to helping customers achieve their business goals, leveraging Ricoh’s line-up of hardware and software solutions. 

Following the announcement, Simon said: ‘I’m thrilled to be joining Ricoh. Having encountered Ricoh in many competitive scenarios throughout my career, I have always been impressed by the conduct and professionalism of the team. I’m looking forward to working with my new colleagues, and I hope to help them discover new practices, innovate, and encourage new perspectives.’
