The doors open between February 22nd to 24th for Sign & Digital UK, the UK’s longest-running exhibition dedicated to the visual communications and signage industries – and once again the event promises to unite creativity, technology, and community at the heart of the sector.

Co-located with Printwear & Promotion LIVE!, the exhibition provides seamless access across Halls 6, 7 and 8 through a single registration, enabling visitors to explore more than 160 exhibitors presenting the latest products, services, and production technologies to an anticipated audience of over 6,000 professionals. The result is a dynamic, fully connected showcase spanning signage, digital print, garment decoration, and visual display – a true reflection of the modern communications landscape.

For more than three decades, Sign & Digital UK has brought together leading brands, major stakeholders, and thousands of professionals from across digital printing, sign-making, and display. Its enduring relevance lies in the balance it strikes between heritage and forward momentum – honouring traditional craft while championing the technologies, skills, and ideas shaping the future of visual communication.

That sense of shared progress is also reflected in the strong presence of Independent Print Industries Association members across the exhibition floor – with the IPIA exhibiting itself on stand M28. Collectively, their participation reinforces both the association’s visible support for the event and the collaborative strength of the wider print, signage, and visual communications community.

The Knowledge Centre will present expert-led sessions on business strategy, marketing, and social media, ensuring attendees leave not only inspired but equipped with practical insight to strengthen their organisations in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Independent Print Industries Association members can be found throughout the exhibition, each contributing specialist capability and insight across technology, finishing, software, coaching, and future talent development.

Roland DG, exhibiting on stand H30, will present its latest generation of production technologies with a clear focus on enabling signage professionals to unlock commercial growth. The high-production IU-1000F flatbed UV printer demonstrates the scale, speed, and image quality required for large-format signage, while the VersaUV LEC2-300printer/cutter reveals how clear ink can create simulated embossing, textured finishes, and Braille alongside vibrant CMYK and white output. For personalisation and direct-to-object production, the VersaUV LEF2 series delivers sharp white, vivid colour, and tactile effects across a wide range of materials. Completing the showcase, the TrueVIS VG2-640 eco-solvent print-and-cut platform provides exceptional colour accuracy, refined cutting precision, and efficient production capable of producing finished graphics within hours.

Vivid, located on stand Q20, will showcase its comprehensive portfolio of laminating, cutting, and special-effects finishing solutions. Central to the display is the Razar, engineered to deliver precision digital die-cutting and creative embellishment without traditional tooling. By enabling intricate contour cutting, complex geometries, labels, short-run packaging, and highly personalised applications with speed and repeatable accuracy, Razar transforms finishing into a primary driver of commercial differentiation – aligning directly with demand for rapid turnaround, personalisation, and high-impact visual presentation.

printMAX will welcome visitors to stand L24, where the company will demonstrate a broad range of Roland and Mimaki print technologies. Showcased solutions will span roll-to-roll print-and-cut systems through to the latest LED-UV flatbed platforms from Roland, alongside Mimaki’s newest eco-solvent, LED-UV flatbed, and roll-to-roll printers. Exclusive show offers, live demonstrations, and opportunities for face-to-face discussion will form a central part of the stand experience.

Graphic Communications, represented via stand M20, will highlight the capabilities of eProductivity Software – a global provider of industry-specific business and production software for the packaging and print sectors. Its integrated and automated solutions are designed to enable revenue growth while driving operational and production efficiency. Headquartered in Pittsburgh with offices worldwide, the organisation brings more than thirty years of expertise and a clear philosophy: success is measured through the success of its customers.

The Online Print Coach, exhibiting on stand Q8, supports print, signage, and garment decoration businesses in becoming stronger, more profitable, and more resilient within an increasingly competitive marketplace. Founded by former print business owner Colin Sinclair McDermott, the business combines lived industry experience with practical strategic coaching delivered through one-to-one support, group programmes, live events, and the respected Print Mastermind community. Its focus on clarity, structure, and execution helps owners move from constant firefighting toward confident forward planning.

Young People in Print, appearing on stand P236, continues its vital work championing the next generation of talent entering the industry. Through outreach, education, and visible advocacy, the initiative connects young people with meaningful career pathways across print, packaging, graphics, and visual communications – ensuring the sector’s future is shaped by fresh energy, creativity, and opportunity.

Sign & Digital UK

Craft, learning, and live experience

Beyond the individual exhibitors, Sign & Digital UK delivers a rich programme of features designed to inform and inspire.

A major new addition for 2026 is The Sign Makers Village, created in partnership with the British Sign & Graphics Association. At its centre, the BSGA hub will host forums and seminars featuring influential industry voices.

Alongside this, The Knowledge Centre will present expert-led sessions covering business strategy, marketing, and social media – ensuring visitors gain practical insight as well as inspiration.

Adding energy and theatre to the exhibition floor, The Hexis Wrap Battle will take place from 22–24 February 2026 on stand L30, bringing together skilled installers in a live contest of speed, precision, and technical mastery that promises both spectacle and professional recognition.
