Cutting sheets can cost printers time and money, whilst guillotined sheets can sometimes struggle to meet the tolerances of digital presses, thereby leading to running issues and, potentially, further costs. Recognising this challenge, Premier Paper has introduced E-Digital Self-Adhesive to its extensive portfolio of digital print media.

This latest addition to Premier’s products is a cost-effective range of digitally printable label media. E-Digital Self-Adhesive sheets are cut to SRA3 digital tolerances, saving users the time and money of cutting, and allowing sheets to be run straight to press without prior conversion.

Designed with dry toner presses in mind, E-Digital Self Adhesive’s face stock is receptive to colour laser printing, maintaining the print resolution of high-definition work. The adhesives used in its production are specifically designed to withstand fusing temperatures, thus minimising potential adhesive bleed that can cause jams and shorten the time between machine servicing.

E-Digital Self Adhesive has a 90gsm white kraft backing sheet for additional stability and curl resistance, helping to maintain consistency in print runs and improving effciency.

E-Digital Self-Adhesive is available in a choice of solid or precision cut score back in the permanent adhesive options, or precision cut score back in the removable options. All are available for next day delivery throughout the UK by Premier’s dedicated fleet of vehicles.

John Vic, Premier’s Sales Director for Digital Media, comments: “Once again, I am proud to continue to extend our digital portfolio, based on feedback from both our customers and our sales force. E-Digital Self Adhesive will win jobs for our customers that they would previously have walked away from.”
