Innovative Software company Zaikio introduces new UK partners at IPIA 2021
Zaikio develops cloud-based software products for the printing industry. They aim to facilitate purchasing processes in print shops to lay the foundation for automation. At IPIA 2021, Zaikio, a subsidiary of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, will introduce its first product – Zaikio Procurement – as well as new partners.
For printers, Zaikio Procurement is the easiest and fastest way to purchase their materials. On just one platform, they can both check the availability and individual prices of their suppliers’ materials and order them directly. The participating suppliers allow printers to access their material range, current stocks, and up-to-date prices.
Via Zaikio, both printers and suppliers save time in their ordering process.

Zaikio already successful in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Since launching in April 2021, Zaikio Procurement has been growing continuously and already works with major suppliers such as Antalis, Sappi, Steuber, and Metapaper in German-speaking countries. Suppliers that are not integrated into Zaikio yet can easily be added manually.
After the market breakthrough of Zaikio Procurement in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, the company is now taking off in the UK.
Direct integration into MIS and ERP systems
Using Zaikio Procurement, printers can organise all orders within one tool. Zaikio Procurement integrates seamlessly with popular MIS and ERP systems. The company already works with providers such as Print Plus, Keyline, Print Vis, and Omikai. Because the platform delivers all information directly to the MIS and ERP system, users can order from their system with just a few clicks. They no longer have to switch between interfaces, write additional emails, or pick up the phone.
